Born in Ortona in 1997, she graduated from the Hotelier Institute in Pescara. Lorenza is a former student of the <strong>Niko Romito Academy<\/strong>, the training school of the three-Michelin-starred chef, where she trained at the school&#8217;s restaurants &#8220;Spazio Rivisondoli&#8221; and &#8220;Spazio Milano&#8221;. After finishing the Academy in 2017, she began working with chef <strong>Fabrizio Sangiorgi<\/strong> at the &#8220;Grantosco&#8221; restaurant in Grosseto. Then he flew to Sardinia where he worked for the summer season in the restaurant of a tourist village of the Bluserena group. At the end of 2019, he has the opportunity to work as a kitchen consultant in the &#8220;Ruvido&#8221; restaurant in Lanciano. His last experience before joining Feudo Antico is the restaurant &#8220;La Zattera&#8221; in Pescara.<\/p>\n<p>In the kitchen he uses many local products, making the most of their uniqueness.
