On Saturday, September 24th and Sunday, September 25th, EHD – European Heritage Days 2022<\/strong>, Europe’s largest and most widely attended cultural event – will be celebrated throughout Italy. “Sustainable cultural heritage: a legacy for the future<\/em>” is this year’s slogan.<\/strong> It aims at stimulating a reflection on the sustainable management of cultural heritage and landscape and, at the same time, on how this can contribute to a more sustainable future \u2013 in environmental, social and economic terms \u2013 also in relation to the achievement of the specific goals set by the United Nations for 2030. The events, organized by the Soprintendenza archeologia belle arti e paesaggio of the provinces of Chieti and Pescara, are free to join and include lectures, guided tours, special openings -including at night- archaeological walks, and artist studio visits.<\/p>\n

As part of this initiative, Feudo Antico opens its doors to visitors on Sunday, Sept. 25th<\/strong>. From 4 to 8 pm Dr. Anna Dionisio, an archaeologist from the Soprintendenza Archeologia, Belle Arti e Paesaggio for the provinces of Chieti and Pescara, will lead a guided tour of the Roman villa kept at our facility.<\/p>\n

Each visit has a capacity of 20 people.
\nWine tasting sessions will be possible during the event. And for those who wish to, it will also be possible to have lunch or dinner.<\/p>\n
